Yes. A Christian divorce petition under Section 10 may be dismissed if:
- allegations not proved,
- petitioner does not appear,
- no grounds under the Act exist,
- mutual consent is defective or not voluntary (S.10A).
Dismissal affects the ability to refile unless leave is obtained.
