For Muslim women, interim maintenance lasts:
- until the conclusion of the Faskh case, and
- sometimes until completion of iddat, after the decree.
Under CrPC 125, interim orders remain in force until modified by the court. Under DV Act, maintenance continues until final orders are passed.
