What is considered adultery in a divorce?

Adultery in divorce happens when one spouse engages in voluntary sexual intercourse with a person other WHO IS NOT THEIR spouse after marriage. It is a valid ground under Section 13(1)(i) HMA for seeking divorce. However, proof is required and since direct evidence is rare, circumstances are generally relied upon.
